Emanuele Battista, also known as BIG, is an internationally renowned choreographer and dancer. He began his studies at the most prestigious dance schools in Rome before moving to New York, Los Angeles, France, and England to specialize in urban dances.
He has worked as a dancer for brands such as Nike, Adidas, Echo Unlimited, Jtb, Freddy, Nissan, Diadora, and for international artists including Eve, Tyga, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, and Lee Ryan.
Between 2002 and 2007, he appeared as a dancer on television shows for Rai 1, Rai 3, MTV, AMICI di Maria de Filippi, REAL TIME, and the Coca Cola Live In Tour. In 2005, he worked as a choreographer for the hip hop clothing line Fun[k]. He was also the choreographer for the TV shows "Luci della Ribalta" in 2005 and "Emozioni" in 2007, aired on SKY LEONARDO.
He has collaborated with numerous national and international choreographers and has been a choreographer and dancer in prominent shows in Los Angeles such as CARNIVAL, WOD LIVE, MOVEMENT LIFESTYLE THE SHOW, INFUSION, FEDERAL, and 8th WONDER.
Since 2007, he has been the choreographer and founder of the Break da Beat Crew, which quickly gained national recognition, becoming Italian Champions in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, European Champions in 2011, and achieving podium placements at the World Of Dance in 2012 in the Netherlands, and in 2013 in Belgium and the Netherlands. The crew represented Italy at the World Dance Hip Hop Championship in 2007 (Los Angeles), 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 (Las Vegas), ranking 6th in the world.
In 2014, they received the ITALIAN BEST DANCE CREW '14 award during the MTV MUSIC AWARDS in Florence.
In 2017, they worked on the program The GRIND for MTV UK.
Since 2012, he has been the choreographer and founder of the Megacrew BEAT KINGS, winning the Hip Hop International Italy for three consecutive years from 2012 to 2014, and again in 2016. The crew has also excelled internationally, achieving 2nd place in the REACT 2014 competition (Alicante, Spain), and nationally winning 1st place at the Whes Competition 2016 and the Mc Hip Hop Contest 2017.

In addition to creating the BDB FORMATION PROGRAM, a national urban dance training school with 3 branches in Italy (North, Center, South), Emanuele teaches at prestigious dance schools in Rome and conducts workshops in Italy, Spain, USA, UK, France, Belgium, Israel, Romania, and the Netherlands.
